Q: Where are you able to ship? How long will it take for my order to get to me?

A: We are able to ship all over the intercontinental US at a flat rate. After your order is prepared fresh, shipping takes about 1-3 days depending on your location. 

Q: How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

A: Depending on the frequency of orders, 1-3 days. If your order contains brownies, it will take an extra day to prepare, as our brownies require at least 12 hours of cooling time after baking to prevent crumbling upon shipment. 

Q: Where are you based?

A: Our bakery is based in Dallas and Houston seasonally. 

Q: What kind of ingredients does your bakery use?

A: We use raw, organic, non-GMO, and if available, sustainable ingredients. Our cocoa and chocolate are always sustainable!
